After 30 years, we still find every year crafting Bourbon County Stout more fulfilling than the last. It all started as an idea shared over cigars and whiskey between Greg Hall and Master Distiller Booker Noe of Jim Beam and then was brewed to commemorate our 1,000th batch of Goose Island beer.
This year we honor that partnership in our 30th Anniversary Stout. Aged in barrels from each of Jim Beam's Small Batch Bourbon Collection and blended together, this complex yet balanced expression showcases the heritage and legacy of both brands. Celebrating their 30th anniversaries as well, Booker's, Baker's, Basil Hayden and Knob Creek each express their own unique voices in this truly once in a lifetime release.
