Few Rye Whiskey

FEW Straight Rye Whiskey is born of hearty grain and patience. The generous rye content is married with the sweetness of corn for a genteel interpretation of the venerable spirit. Patiently aged in air-dried oak barrels, its spicy character transcends mere resurgence. Behold - the renaissance of Rye. A blend of 70% midwestern Rye, 20% local corn, and 10% two-row malted barley, aged a minimum of four years. FEW Rye was made in a style reminiscent of the first rye whiskies made in the US - softer, rounder ryes with a balance of signature spice and developed fruit and other complex flavors.

Whiskey was inspired by pre-prohibition times, the golden age of spirits. FEW Spirits is a handcrafted, small-batch American whiskey brand born in the home of temperance right outside of Chicago, IL. FEW is made of equal parts, craft and courage, and always 100% grain-to-glass.

The nose is filled with caramel and honey, and the palate is luscious with whiskey sweetness. Spicyness is accented by notes of pepper, ginger, and vanilla. The long, satisfying finish emphasizes toasted oak, cherry, plum, and pear flavors.
